This award winning PR agency is seeking a solid Account Director. You will be a senior member of the management team and therefore in a high profile position. You will have a major influence on the people around you, this will be demonstrated in your attitude, style, energy levels and quality of work. What this agency is looking for is leadership.

Experience:

You will have strong experience in B2B, consumer or both. Experience of working with clients that operate in the technology field would be advantageous. You will be someone who thrives on implementing creative adn innovative PR activity and natural leadership qualities. You will take leadership on the CISCO and SUN microsystems accounts throughout the UK and Internationally.

Key Responsibilities

You will managea team of Account Managers and Account Executives. You will need to be a team player and have the ability to work independently as well as manage staff expectations, setting them realistic but appropriate objectives. Support your team, internally and externally and be-able to manage and communicate team change in a positive light.

In return for your skills, you will be rewarded with a base £50,000-£65,000+bonus+pension+health+laptop+mobile.
