Having been established for over 20 years yet remaining meduim sized and personal, this leading PR agency is seeking an Account Director to manage major accounts within Retail Investments & funds. This role is to manage relationships and take a strategic view on the account and manage and mentor your team members.

The Role:

Responsible for management of multiple PR programs across company accounts

Identify strategic business development initiatives and assist in the implementation of all business development activities

Developing proposals and taking part in new business presentations

Manage and implement programs

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of client's business, products, markets etc

Providing strategic client counsel

The Person:

Must have experience within similar role

Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities such as proposing and implementing new way to improve efficiency and client service

Ability to offer strategic planning skills.

Management skills essential- responsible for staff reviews
